Can I be hypnotized? Yes, everyone has the ability to be hypnotized.
Will I do anything that I don’t want to? You’re always in control. You can’t be forced to say or do anything against your own will.
What does it feel like it? Your body may feel asleep and/or very relaxed, and your mind becomes quiet and focused.
How many sessions will I need? It varies with each person and goals. Hypnosis is a very effective modality and usually takes much less time than any other method.
Can everything you offer be conducted via phone/video? Absolutely! Spiritual Coaching, Hypnotherapy and Reiki are all truly just as wonderful and effective via phone/video. You can be in the comfort of a space of your choosing and everything about the session is exactly as it would be in person - except for physically being in my office. I have clients all over the world! Some of whom love being able to lay down in bed, on the couch, reclined back in a chair, on the beach, in their office or even in their vehicle - while parked somewhere serene.
